What the little symbols are on the bar where your name is? They're new, right? My MN addiction has been weakened over the last day or so, and haven't seen them before. What are they for?

Hover your mouse over them, and one is to see that person's profile (that symbol doesn't appear if they haven't done one) and the other is to CAT them.
