Not allowed, and yes, report it if you suspect it.

If you take a look at our Talk Guidelines you'll see that we will delete for 'misleading or deliberately inflammatory behaviour'.

We think that sock puppeting counts as misleading behaviour, so if you think you've spotted it going on, please hit the report button.
