Refers to an inglorious incident where Gordon Brown didn't tell us what his favourite biscuit was. It means "no comment" but is commonly used to mean "you are being so spectacularly unreasonable that I can't even..."

Dying out now I think, which is just as well because the GB incident was hardly flattering to us.
