As part of the debate going on on MN about disabilism and disability issues in general, can you see if TGT will do a webchat.? She's just replied to one of my tweets re Passenger Assistance ( I felt ridiculously excited about that).Not for the first time she has had to crawl off a train because they failed to meet her. She uses trains quite a bit I think - don't know about BB. Her experience of disability, disabilism etc could be very enlightening. She also has a daughter of about 13 so that would add another dimension - any chance?
