Pop-up adverts?

I can just about cope with the flashing banner adverts, but massive intrusive pop-ups? Nope!

Is this a Mumsnet thing or an Adsense thing? I'm using an iPhone, browsing on MN via Safari so not using the app.

Either way, it's about the last straw and I suspect I'll be channeling my inner Malcolm Tucker and uttering a cheery "fuckty bye!"

Did you manage to see what the ad was for? If you can give us some details we'll be able to check out if it's legit. If it's not, we should be able to block it.

I replied to another thread Dawn, it was the same games pop up and redirect that others were commenting on. Seems to have stopped for the evening though, which is nice:o

Obviously my inner Malcolm Tucker has scared off the adverts :o
