The past couple of days I have had to log in every time I switch to MN. I have ticked the 'remember me' box. Am I missing something? Doing something wrong? I'll admit to being a bit crap at computers so this is quite possible :) But it is annoying!

Good morning, and thanks for bearing with us on this one.
Tech were working on this yesterday and believe they have found the issue, but are still working on a fix. They'll let us know as soon as this is done and we'll post again to let you all know.
