Anyone else getting an iTunes message on the app?

When ever I scroll to refresh a thread, a message pops up saying "iTunes is unable to process purchases at this time"

I got this while I was using the mobile site.

I was getting it while loading up games so not just from using mumsnet

I've had it twice in the last half an hour. My iphone is being a shit at the moment too.

It is an apple issue, it's on Twitter. Mine won't let me login, and crashes all the apps, fb, what's app etc. It's worldwide.
