I want to send a lovely supportive message (honest) to someone via PM on a thread but don't know how on the mobile site.

Also, how do I change my user name? Every time I try it says it is unable to do it and check my connection - which is just fine Am I missing something super obvious?

Have you got three little dots at the bottom right of the post of the person to whom you want to send a PM? Clicking on that should give you - among other things - the option to message them.

Have you tried to change name this morning by the way? (Sometimes the applications get their undergarments in a twist and you need to give them a short while to 'untwist' them. )

When you're trying to change your username, are you definitely entering your password correctly? I've tried to do this myself before and wasn't quite entering my password right.
