Pages loading incredibly slowly or not at all

Sometimes getting 'server not responding '
Mobile site on iPhone 6. It has been doing it since last night. Everything else is fine so it's not the mobile signal.

It's hard to say as I'm in a place with poor signal but it's fairly slow. It may be completely signal related though.
