Can I ask why Specsavers have been allowed to advertise a free eye test voucher, but when you go to it it is only valid at London stores? Not much use for the rest of us!

Where are you seeing the ad, by the way? Are you on the desktop site, mobile or app?

I think they may be banner ads that you don't control
