It keeps coming up in active convo when it's been deleted.

So sorry for the delay here.

The way Trending works is that every five minutes we get the list of top viewed threads from Google Analytics and we just display the first five of those.

So our Trending box displays the most viewed threads, not the most posted on. This means that any click on the link to the thread is counted - even if the thread has been deleted.

We do have a magic button we can press to exclude deleted threads from the Trending box, but it seems on occasion that we don't hit the button hard enough.

We'll try to do better in future.
