trying reply to a pm - error message

Hi. I've been trying to reply to a pm I received but when I try to reply I get a pop up error message (the box just says www.mumsnet.com). Does this mean the sender has blocked me perhaps?

Hi Chapsie - are you using the mobile or desktop site? Which device and browser are you using? Are you able to post a screenshot?

Both mobile and desktop on iPad.
