keep getting logged out - iPhone and iPad

I keep getting asked to log in again on my iPhone and iPad. Any idea why? Can I not be logged onto more than one device at a time?

Go to Settings. Ensure they are enabled.

Have you switched to private browsing by mistake? Is the bar at the top of the window black?

Exactly the same here. No private browser. I'll clear my cookies in a min. iPad and iPhone also.

I can't see an option blocking cookies on my iPhone and I am not on private browsing - not sure that would impact on an app? It's not every single time either just most of the time

I admit that, having gone to look, I can't find the relevant button within Settings.

All I know is that I had the same problem a couple of years ago and MNHQ pointed me in the right direction. I changed something and all was well.
