what has happened. nh hq not replying

3 times this week I have reported the same thing. not a word from mn hq.
normally even if its to say.....your wrong I get some kind of reply

We have been having issues these past few days with reports either turning up hours after having been sent, or not making it into our in-box at all. It seems to be quite random, and is hugely frustrating all round.

Our Tech team are working round the clock to try to fix things; fingers crossed normal service will resumed shortly.

In the meantime, we're so sorry if we've missed anything important.
