Dodgy advert on mobile site

I just had a banner add at the top that's looking a bit dodgy, wanting to click as I have an alert, similar to the ' you have a message' ones that were about a couple of months ago. I didn't click on it but I've attached a screen shot, I thought it was worth bringing to your attention?

I'm using chrome on Android
