Why won't my iPhone retain my login?

I've ticked 'keep me logged in' and I've saved the password on that thing in settings which is supposed to help (according to my friend in IT). But I can only stay on one page in MN. If I open in a new tab the login has gone. Or if I close MN.

All fine in the laptop so it's my iPhone. How do I fix this?

Hi Backingvocals - perhaps cookies are blocked on your iPhone? Or are you using "private browsing"?

Sorry I'm not very IT literate so don't know - how could I check? Thanks!

I put my iPhone on private once - it did the same thing. Is the bar at the bottom of the screen dark grey/ black - that would suggest it's on private.
