"your password does not match..."

So I wanted to name change.
My PC helpfully remembers my passwords, but clearly was remembering an old one.

So i did the password reset thing....my email address entered and got the link.
Put in new password, twice.

try to name change..."your password does not match the one on your account"

What am i doing wrong?
I get the same message even without trying to namechange (which I haven't a scooby how to do, but that's another problem...)

Can you drop us a line at [email protected], and we'll send you out another password reset link and hopefully talk you through the process. Everything looks fine re. your account, so we've no idea why you're unable to get back in!
