Why can't I name change?

I want to name change to post on a relationship thread but for some reason I can't. The change screen looks different to how I remember it and although I change my name and save password etc it makes no difference. Any ideas?

Hi Tessie - don't suppose you'd be happy to upload a screenshot, or perhaps describe what you mean by it looking different?

Are you using the desktop site or the mobile site? Which browser do you use?
