Have any of you winners got them yet? Been reading about the disney video fiasco, wrong/no videos and just thought id ask if I was the only one. Cheers

Hi Charliecat and other Alton Towers winners. I've just been informed by our contact at AT that the tickets will be put in the post today. Do let me know if you haven't received them by early next week and I'll chase up. I think the hold up was with the PR but now we're liaising with AT directly, I'm fairly sure this won't turn into another disneyesque fiasco. (fingers crossed!)
