how are the "I am on" threads decided, things seem to randomly drop off the list

for example:
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/_chat/2527868-palm-oil-free-choccies?
is on my list last update 14-dec-15

whereas:
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/2521899-Can-we-have-a-general-Trans-thread?msgid=58138535
isn't on my list last update 16-Dec-15

I keep missing updates on threads I am really interested in as they go "missing".

Thanks for asking - and sorry for the delay!

You can customise the Threads I'm On settings. If you're on the desktop site, click on the Talk:settings tab at the top of the page, then scroll down to the Talk Options.

You can then change the following:

Threads I'm On - days to check: (choose from 1 - 19)

Threads I'm On - sort method: (choose either Most recently active or My latest post)

Threads I'm On - show replies: (choose either Yes or No)

No it doesn't as the missing thread has newer responses than an older thread which is bring listed. so none of those options would change anything, especially not the sort order ones.

Forgot to say the threads that go missing are the really big ones 500+ responses. I am using the ios app ios version 8.
