Bookmarks

I can't add bookmarks on my laptop any more? I'm using Chrome on Windows 10. My (i)phone is fine.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Sorry to hear you're having problems adding bookmarks.

We had a recent thread about this and another poster said -

"I seem to have sorted it, I use Adblock and have done for yonks and only allow scripts that I know I need. From what I can see, bookmarks have changed to a different script and I have added that one to my allow list."

Not sure if you use Adblock, but if you do, it might be worth trying this in the first instance!

Can you let us know how you get on?

No I don't use adblock. It's fine when I use explorer, but I prefer to use Chrome.

I have also had this problem for about a week or so, also on chrome, also don't use adblock. it is driving me crazy, they worked again on a thread for one day but then they were gone again!!!! Grrrr how can i make them work again?

Sorry you're both having problems with bookmarks. We'll have a word with our Tech team to see if they can help.

mine are STILL not working :(

Mine aren't either and I won't even mention that my iPhone keeps logging off even though I've said to stay logged in :(
