Opened threads not changing colour once read

If you see what I mean? Unread threads start out in blue then change to purple once you've opened them once - but that's not happening for me today. I am an easily confused old gimmer and this is causing me to keep rereading the same threads over and over! Grin Any ideas please?

Been like that for me for about two weeks now.

Desktop + firefox.

BeccaMumsnet · 30/11/2015 16:41

Hi TwoSmellyDogs - are you also using Firefox like magi?

TwoSmellyDogs · 30/11/2015 17:44

Yes - desktop and FF - but it's only been like it today Smile

Been like that for me for a while with threads what I got to via the trending box.

Windows - Firefox

maybeIwillmaybeIwont · 30/11/2015 23:37

Mine's the same.....not working. Although I can see the threads I read some hours ago, just not the ones now! Safari + iPad.

Actually when I went to read just now I was logged out and had to log in with new password as I never log out!

BeccaMumsnet · 01/12/2015 15:47

Hi all - are any of you using private/incognito browsing?

magimedi · 01/12/2015 16:37

No. Just the same as have ever used.

maybeIwillmaybeIwont · 01/12/2015 21:11

Oops! Blush I was on private browsing, I wondered why the pages looked different at the top. It's all back to normal now, thank you.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 01/12/2015 22:22

This happens to me with Windows 8 and Google Chrome!

gleam · 02/12/2015 11:05

This is happening to me too. Android, S4, own browser.

DawnMumsnet · 02/12/2015 20:19

Glad things are sorted for you now maybeIwill.

SpongeBob and gleam, can you please have a check to see if you're using private/incognito browsing, as that can often be the problem.

Many thanks.

magimedi · 02/12/2015 22:48

Am not using private or incognito browsing & the problem is not resolved for me.

Windows, Firefox & desktop.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 02/12/2015 23:06

Don't think I'm using private browsing.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 03/12/2015 13:23

And weirdly, some threads change colour and some don't!
