Can't open my Personal Messages (Pms)

Flag up for showing I have a new PM & I can get to my PM page but I can't open ANY PM, new or old.

Have tried logging out, closing browser (firefox) & trying again but to no avail.

Still no joy - I can get to the PM page & see the PMs but can't click on them to open them.

How frustrating for you.

Have you tried using a different device to access the site? It's worth a try! In the meantime, if you can let us know if you're on the desktop or mobile site and any other details, we'll get our Tech team on the case.

I don't have another device!

Am on desktop, Firefox & still can't open them. The cursor doesn't change when I hover over any of my PMs - can't open new one (grrrr) or even older ones or sent ones!!

I don't have an internet enabled phone!

Just tried using Internet Explorer & still can't open the pm.

Thanks - looks like there's a problem on the desktop site then.

Zombie has just checked her inbox. She can't open PMs either.

Desktop site, Firefox on laptop.

Just used a neighbours nexus (chrome) & could get my PMs.

But I think nexus is rubbish

I'd still like to be able to access them from my trusty desktop + firefox.

Can you access them if you switch to the mobile site ( link at vvv bottom)?

Should we ever meet up I will buy you the largest drink you have ever seen - yes if I go to the mobile site (which seems really odd compared to desktop) I can get into my PMs.

It's now working for Zombie on the Desktop site.

Not working for me on desktop site.

Go down to the bottom of the page & click on mobile site, Maryz Then you can open them.

I'll send you one now to see if it works for you.

The mobile site is indeed strangely weird.

Only 3 days left for me to tease you - until December 26th that is!
