First I was obliged to switch from a convenient password to an inconvenient one. Now the log-in wasn't working and I was told to log in from email - and had to research to even find what had been the original email. How long will this be going on? Then I click multiple times to log in, but nothing happens. Then I have to actually log in multiple times.
Have you considered either a banner across the the forum page, with explanations, or sending an email out to us?
