I didn;t get an email - just a pop up thing in the lower left of the screen which linked me to my persons address

(pop up has now gone away)

but - the database thing is wrong, as it hadn't merged by username properly - just the merge field

We're going to mail you about this so we can get to the bottom of it.
Just so everyone knows, we've not finished the matching process yet, so no mails telling donors where to send their gifts have been sent.
These should arrive in early December.

I didn't get one either...and I know I vokunteered!!!

I think that if Sandy offered to post short update threads - eg 'All matches have now been worked out' or 'All donors should now have been notified' etc etc then that would ease people's minds.

(Or even eg put an extra 'timeline' box in the SS Grotto so that people could go back there and check. That sort of thing.)

Santa has told us that the spreadsheets are still being worked on and so match mails will not be going out until early December, so fear not, we haven't forgotten you! [santa]

I was going to ask what was happening as have donated but not heard anything yet.

Should hopefully hear something this week then.
