I've only noticed this on "new to me threads" but the first few posts seem to be repeating. So I will read say the first 5 or 6 posts and then the next post will be the OP, and those posts will repeat but then go through for the rest of the thread.
It's happened a few times now on different days.

Hi mummytime - thanks for posting. Do you have a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can take a look?

petetech · 24/11/2015 16:21

Thanks for this - very helpful, that's definitely a nasty bug you've found there.

Haven't been able to recreate this yet here, could you let me know some more info?

  1. Phone model
  2. iOS Version
  3. I notice you have a bookmarked post on that thread, but posts are showing above it so I presume you pressed "Show older posts". Can you remember if you scrolled around a bit before pressing it, or did you press it straight away?

Thanks again

Thanks.

Next time you see this would you be able to come back onto this thread and let me know exactly what you did on the problem thread (flipped it, bookmarked it etc).

Might be unrelated to the problem but it's good to eliminate possibilities.

Thanks again for your help, I'll keep digging into this and trying to reproduce the bug here.

Actually I just thought of one thing - is there any chance you might have had his thread open in more than one tab?

I can see in your screenshot that you're in the Topics tab, but might you also have had that same thread open in, say, Active or Watching at the same time?

Hi both,

We don't have a fix for this at the moment, unfortunately, but we're looking into it (don't worry we haven't forgotten). Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for keeping this thread updated with your screenshots.

Brumpy - if you have any idea roughly when you first starting seeing this too, that might help us track down the cause.
