So what is the actual policy when someone requests all their posts

to be deleted?
Has it recently changed? I thought MN would rarely agree to delete even the odd post at the poster's request unless it contained identifying information.

Iirc the starting point is as in your OP but HQ take each request on an individual basis. I do think their stance on full post deletion has softened over time (one of my MN mateys, years ago, asked for full deletion and it took a LOT of wrangling before the Red Button of Bigness was deployed)

Donkey is right - We do try not to delete as far as possible but we take matters on a post by post/thread by thread/case by case basis
