GEMMS questionnaires query!

I was a GEMM anwerer. But have we had all the questionnaires yet to qualify for the vouchers? I can think how many we've done, but have a feeling I'm one short. And there was one where the link didn't work, I emailed, and it said it'd be sorted. But I dont know if the next one was that one or not, IYSWIM.
So, have I missed out on my vouchers after all that effort??

That's what i'm thinking I got the Christmas questionnaire then another email saying it was the next questionnaire but it was the Christmas one again!

Please don't worry, I don't think you've missed anything. If you've responded to all the emails you've been sent you won't have missed out on anything. I've just left a message for the GE people to find out where we're at with the vouchers and will report back as soon as I know more.
