AIBU to think that if you changed the rules of the AIBU topic to that of the Sex topic (ie you've got to be a member for 3 months or whatever it is) you'd actually get rid of quite a lot of trolls?

But people's petty gripes can't wait for 3 whole months. they are all extremely urgent.

The GF s and PBP s tend to have petty gripes that necessitate at least 3 or 4 threads within an hour running like verbal diarrhoea down the front page.
