Trying to PM and getting error message

Hi Tech

I am trying to send someone a PM and I keep getting an error message saying "you must be logged in to the main website to send a private message" or something along those lines.

I have tried logging out and logging back in again.
I have tried logging in on safari/chrome and internet explorer and I am getting the same message. Help please!

I reported your post so tech will see it, in the meantime ive noticed similar issues myself and have reported to tech so they are definitely aware. I'm sure they're doing their best to sort (all) of the issues that have cropped up. Basically I don't think it's anything you are doing just a couple of site glitches.

probably a small fry issue in the grand scheme of hackergate/crashgate/dadsecuritygate et all, but annoying none the less.

Hi SlightlyJaded - sorry, could we just ask if you're using the desktop site, mobile site or app?

Tried ion desktop using various browsers. Then from tablet (but via site not app). And I Can't even find an option to PM on the new app
