Or is it just me?

Advanced search is playing up too. I was searching somebody by name earlier (nowt fishy, I wanted to find a link somebody posted the other day) and it repeatedly came up with 0 messages. I even copy and pasted their name to make sure I wasn't mistyping or I hadn't mistake an o for an 0. Nope. No messages at all despite that person having posted on here for ages. I eventually found the post by scrolling back through billions of pages of convos.

There's all sorts of weird stuff happening atm. Bloody Hallowe'en.

whilst we're at it - the deleted autistic son post has been "trending" all day too!!!

BiscuitMillionaire · 29/10/2015 22:01

A thread I started is in Trending! Halloween Grin Wine Cake
It's from 2014 and it's a glitch... Haloween Sad Halloween Confused

Boo00100001 · 29/10/2015 22:03

It must be Jeffery!! Halloween Grin

Anchor I accept that I must be an Old Gimmer, but what exactly is the difference between trending and most active / popular? Surely something has to be active or popular before it can be said to be "trending"?

I think "popular" or "trending" imply liking, whereas "active" just implies lots of people are viewing/posting. I wouldn't want to "like" a thread where someone is posting for support after a traumatic experience, for example. Bring back "most active" I say!

Hi all - Tech are looking into the issues with Trending at the mo. Thanks for posting everyone.

EcclefechanTart · 11/11/2015 17:08

It's doing it again! The same five threads have been "trending' all afternoon, including one that was apparently deleted hours ago.
