brownies recipe - science daftness and wrong messages

so it says 'refined sugar-free'. Dates are still full of natural sugar so eating these will mean you ingest just as many calories as normal brownies.

worse, on the youtube channel it says 'guilt-free chocolate brownies'. Food is not a matter for guilt. It is a matter of taste and nutrition.

all the wrong messages here. Not impressed.

Hi specialsubject, thanks for getting in touch.

We always appreciate any feedback - good and bad, so we will have a look.

Agree with specialsubject 100%; I rage at this every time I see it

Thanks again for the comments - just popping back to let you know that we have very much taken this on board and have now edited the titles.

thank you! (as mentioned on other thread).

it's a cake recipe hence full of sugar and calories. No more, no less. Nothing wrong with eating cake of course, in moderation.

very dull subject so having had my point taken on board, will shut up. Smile
