Script failing

Anyone else having tons of problems with this week? I'm logged on through Firefox, and it seems to be the ads at the side of the screen. I keep getting the message that a script is being unresponsive, do I want to retry, debug or stop script? It's driving me mad! It happens every time I log on to a new thread.

Yep. Happening a lot atm (also use firefox). Long-running scripts and something to do with 'x summat couldn't write y something else'. It's usually the adverts playing silly buggers. The thread content loads fine.

It does load eventually, it's just a pain waiting for it to load every time. Bloody adverts.

Thanks for flagging this - and sorry that things have been a bit glitchy on the site. Our Tech team are doing their best to straighten everything out.

If there are any particular ads which seem to be causing problems, please let us know which ones.

I'm getting something similar on safari on the iPad, the problem ad was a purple Scottish autism ad, that was first thing this morning, haven't seen the ad since and haven't had any problems with other ads.
