Why can't it go in Property?

Oh just what MN needs - another sub board! Just put it in property.

There have been some far more 'nicher' sub headings eg recently eg Academics. ( Who spent the first thread trying to work out how to ensure that only 'true' academics could contribute. )
Why academics and not eg police officers, cleaners, meteorologists....
Doesn't fit into 'property' broad category because there is much more to it - eg logistics of renting out etc.
