Why is talk not working on my phone?

Just that really, doesn't work on either of my phones (iphone and blackberry), or my ipad. Mobile adn desktop sites.

Works fine on laptop?

Mine too. I haven't been able to login to my android phone since That Incident. Probably a good thing, because I've rediscovered to joy of reading on my commute as opposed to giving MN the dubious benefit of my wisdom.

Yes - I just get 'connection failed - unable to connect with MN'. PW and username both correct and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the MN app from Play Store.

It stopped working on my phone as well today- windows phone. has worked perfectly up to this morning

We took it down post-hackergate for security reasons and have now kept it down permanently as we think it's for the best. For the time being, we'd recommend using the mobile site.

The mobile site is really slow though...loads of scrolling and the functionality is not as good as the app. Damn that whatsisname - or maybe not. I am arriving at work quite zen like after a read of a proper book as opposed to a barney lively debate on MN Blush

That's a shame - the app was so much better than the mobile site...and you could have told us! Seems quite a few of us were removing/reinstalling because the message was one of non-connection, rather than non-availability.

I couldn't get on since last night, it was coming up with the logo but was blank, or was sticking and I couldn't scroll.
I was using Dolphin Browser on an Android, but have got on with Chrome.

It's loading on my phone but it's like the links aren't actually links - I can scroll up and down but not read anything.

I much prefer the mobile site tbh, always found it much easier than the iPad.

Mobile site on the iPad is still rubbish here too. Finally managed to get on today, wasn't able to for the last few days, but it's very slow and glitchy
