So it turned out the friend wasn't really a man at all! And she was actually pregnant with op's dh's baby!

So they had to let friend and 3 year old come on the holiday with them after all.

Luckily they all fell in love, friend moved in with op and dh, and Jeremy Kyle lived happily ever after.
