Problem with password, please help!

I nc (using the new sparkly password I made up because of Hackergate) and now want to change back to my usual moniker but I've forgotten my password.Blush

I'm not been given a "forgotten password?" option and because I've forgotten my password use the "change password" option either.

Has anyone had this problem and gotten around it?
