Logging in.

I have been trying to log in since the sight got hacked. It won't let me I have requested a new password several times and recieved no rest email. I have then used the contact email and it's still not sorted. I have now had to re register but have obviously lost all my private messages. Please can you help.

Have you already cleared out cookies and cache and checked junk mail, Viasa? I changed everything without incident but I know that some people have had their problems. HQ staff are keeping an eye on this thread so will see your post though. Good luck.

I had similar problems. After several failed attempts with me requesting a password reset and not receiving one, I emailed [email protected] for clarification.

HQ emailed me saying that my account had been stopped because of some unusually troll like posting under my old user name. Unfortunately I had to reregister with a new email address and new user name as there was apparently no other way around the problem.

Hi Viasabatthe2nd - your best bet is to email [email protected] with details of your log-in problems. They will take it from there.
