text dissappearing

[Gatekeeper]

I've noticed that when i click on a link contained in a post, all the text disappears from mumsnet when I return to look at other posts. All that is left is the colour and photos- no words. This has been happening on and off for some time now

anyone else and does anyone know why this happens please?

Hi Gatekeeper - we apologise for not having responded to your thread previously. Are you having this problem on the mobile site or the desktop site?

Hi Gatekeeper - which browser are you using, and how long have you been having this problem for? Does it happen on particular pages?

Hi Becca; am using google chrome and this has been happening for about five months or so. Will screenshot next time it happens

I get this too Gatekeeper I assumed it was just my Laptop/browser being odd. I have to come right out of MN and Google and reload to correct it and am wary of clicking on links in case it does it again. I use Google Chrome.

Also, last night any text written in italics disappeared, posts just had blanks where the word or phrase should be, again I put it down to my hardware or software.

It only happens on the Desktop Site.

Relieved to find out I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
