What fallout should we expect with our email accounts?

It doesn't look to me as though this was asked yet.

Is the expectation that our email will be spammed? If this is a misogynist attack specifically on Mumsnet, then I assume we're not in peril of having our email accounts actually taking over for evil purposes.

They haven't got our email addresses have they ????

They may have got email addresses if they logged into your account with stolen credentials. If your email password is the same as MN password it needs changing pronto. If not you may get more spam, but you won't even see that with a decent provider.

Has anyone else had more spam than usual this week?
