I've got one page too. I do intend to delete them, just haven't got around to it yet. If this was intentional MNHQ please can you make sure you communicate behaviour that looks like potential hacking!

If someone else deleted their conversations with you perhaps it deleted the ones in your inbox too? So if several people did it then you would have very few left?

Another 'is it UX or is it Jeffrey' moment I fear!

Automatic deletion after a certain time is certainly something HQ could give thought to in due course. (Along with the culling of ancient threads which I've banged on about in the past. I'm sure some people would feel happier if most of their threads went from public view after a certain time - although perhaps not as quickly as the 30 day limit on specified boards. Even if it were to eventually be a manual cull, there are some boards where it could be pretty straightforward. (And would save many of the constant issues with zombie threads.))

Agreed, cozie - PM is a useful feature but it's not email. 30 days perhaps.

Locking of old threads should be standard, perhaps some kind of archive for members or similar? We should probably put these on After the storm.
