Something weird has happened with my password

My account has been functioning fine, but suddenly logged me out on my phone. I went to log back in, and my password is no longer accepted. The computer has kept me logged in, but also says my password is no longer right.

I've pressed the "reset password" button but don't get the email. I've tried changing it from my account page, but it won't make the change as it doesn't accept the current password.

I'm confused.

Same thing here - got logged out (again) - and then it kept saying my password was wrong. Reset did work for me though.

Ditto. I had to do a password reset. I know the first one was right though.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO RESET THEIR PASSWORD DUE TO THE RECENT CYBER ATTACK.

And for the love of Mike, DONT reset it to the same one, or something similar.

I've just had to reset mine for the second time this week.

Also, if you use the same email/password on another site you need to change it there too and read the first link posted after the OP...

Same here! I'm on a Nokia Lumia Windows phone if that helps tech sort it. What on earth is going on lately?

Thanks everyone. I have just read the sticky. I did change my password on Friday, but I suppose that may have been too early.

I've entered my email again but still no reset email yet :(

Aah, didn't know we had been hacked.Had to reset mine too

Just had to redo mine too.

I have finally been able to log in, my xmas nn was highlighted in yellow and I couldn't erase it to add my new nn. I couldn't remember my password for xmas nn so was locked out.
I tried a combination of nn and password and dazzled the system, eventually able to log in.
When it logs me out again, I have no idea how to get back again.

Thought I was putting it in wrong, but did reset it.
