Everything I comment on gets added to my watch list - why? Please make it stop.

All of a sudden a few days ago, every time I comment on a thread it automatically gets added to my watch list and then I get emails about it. I don't think I clicked on anything to ask for this, and I can't see any options to stop it - but I might be looking in the wrong place. Can anyone direct me how to stop this happening please?

On the watching page there's a yes/no thing at the top for emails. Put the blob in the 'no' box. I don't know how to stop them being added to the list but you'll at least stop getting emails about them.
