Login problem

Recently I find I've got to log in a few times. After entering my usename and password it goes back to these 2 fields being blank. There's also a bar at the bottom about "show content" which I sometimes click but it doesn't seem to make a difference if I do this or not.

Desktop. Internet Explorer 9. Windows Vista. It hasn't always been doing it. No prob on phone.
