The blue box about highlighted threads on mobile site

Its getting in the way and I can no longer click a X to get rid of it. Can you sort it out please? I'm on android Chrome browser.

I'm getting this too - safari on iPhone. No x to get rid of it and it is taking up room at the bottom of the screen.

I'm also having this problem. It was bearable when there was an x to close.
