Hi, how long does it normally take Mumsnet to respond to a question that has been emailed to them or to a message sent via the 'report' button on a persons own post please? I'm new and am now complaining about anyone else or moaning, just wondered if anyone knows? Thank you

AnyFucker is right - you will likely get the quickest response Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We run a skeleton staff during the evenings and at weekends and so it may take a little longer for you to get a response. We couldn't give an exact response time because this entirely depends on how busy things are.
