why is my tesxt teeny tiny

am on my laptop and the text has suddenly become teeny tiny and in a column down the middle of the screen and I don't know why - only on MN... is there anything I can do?

I find that too sometimes (and sometimes the text gets larger) - haven't figured out what it is I'm doing that triggers this, but on my browser (firefox) if I use View/Zoom/Reset normality will be restored. I'm sure there's something similar on the View menus of other browsers.

Press ctrl + and you will get larger text.
