Can I ask if there is an easy answer as to why can I never see any threads in Films? It's just blank?

I love films ð???

You should be able to see something like this. I'll link to a thread in Films to see if you can get the listing for the topic that way.

Thread in Films

PiratesLifeForMe · 17/07/2015 08:04

Thanks Tribpot, the link takes me to a thread about Netflix but if I go back into the app & click on the films topic, still no threads showing.

I'm stumped, every other topic seems to work ok?

Same here but only in the app.

tribpot · 17/07/2015 08:46

Ah, I was on the desktop, and I did notice something weird. If I go to the list of topics Films appears twice - once apparently at the top level and also inside 'Fun and Games' (I think).

Hopefully Tech will comment on the thread soon, although you could report your post to bring it to their attention?

wigglesrock · 17/07/2015 12:22

Happens to me in the App too - can't see anything and can't start a thread. Been like this since the topic was started - there was a thread before about it, but we can use the mobile or desktop site instead of the App - standard MNHQ response to shitey App issues Smile

Ah I see, it's the app - ok, I've reported my post (thanks Tribpot) and hopefully there might be a solution looming.....

Hello there

We are looking into this- thanks for flagging it to us.

tribpot · 17/07/2015 17:21

Ah yes I gave up on the app years ago and just use the mobile site. Not actually sure why they support both! Presumably you don't have the same problem if you use the mobile site?

PiratesLifeForMe · 17/07/2015 21:54

Yeah just tried going in through the mobile site & that was fine for movies, just fiddly on iPhone. So I guess I'll just ditch the app if I want to see the movie section - just weird it's that one section that duff.
