New board - Nappies, Nappies, More Nappies?

Hi Tech and J,C,R, please can we have a board specifically for Nappies? To include types of nappies (cloth,disposable), nappy problems (eg. nappy rash), etc. as I've been trying to research into both cloth nappies and nappy rash remedies and the threads are all over the place. I'm sure other mums/dads would find it helpful to have them all under one heading.

What do you think?

J, C, R - any thoughts on this? (Sorry I know you're busy with the exciting merchandise thread!)

A new nappy thread has just started again here . It seems about one every day or so. It would be so useful for all the history to be under one 'umbrella'. Does anyone else agree?

Plus in the early days (which is all I can comment on as my ds is only 10mo) you always seem to be needing support about Sleep, Bf/Botfeeding, Health, & Nappies!

but wouldn't it just come under 'products'? otherwise you could potentially have boards for prams, milk etc etc

I see your point katierocket. It's just that everything's all over the place, some under products, health, behav/dev, food, parenting, other subjects and even conception (!). As mentioned nappy queries come up almost daily and it would leave more room for other topics under Products and benefit those researching by having them under one area.

This section could also include potty training, weeing at night, swim pants etc as well as the nappy type and rashes etc. A whole section on 'down below' issues...

It's worth a thought especially if TALK is going to be revamped over the next few months. But if not, I'll just have to vote on the 'save searches' thread below this one

So sorry for delay in getting back to you. We think a "down below" section is a good idea - we were just mulling seperating potty training the other day - but we (or more likely you ) are going to have to get creative and think of something to call it or we are going to be attracting some v dodgy types Over to you!

It's coming I promise - hopefully tonight, Tech willing. Rather boringly we are calling it nappies, potty training etc cos of pervs and witty title might look a bit out of kilter with the rest

Just one note, Tech, it says "$topicname" rather than "Nappies, Potty Training, etc" once you're inside it.

Very very very minor point, but thought I'd mention it. The current "Nappies, potty training etc" isn't quite like the other Talk headings and could possibly be changed to "Nappies / Potty Training Etc" to make it look like the others. Don't want this to sound picky, just thought it would keep it consistent
