I reported this weeks ago but it's still the same.

Takes ages to get on. Sometimes clearing cache helps for a few days then it takes ages again.

Hi Fanjo - we're sorry to hear this is still an issue.
What phone/device are you using?

It's a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 :)

Thank you Fanjo - we'll see if we can replicate the issue at our end and then see what we can do.

Thanks Becca :)

I am having similar problems with the mobile site, also been happening for a few weeks. It seems to be something to do with my wifi at home. Pages start loading and then stop part way, and although it does load eventually, it probably takes about 30 seconds to a minute, and the screen might time out two or three times in the process. It is very painful!

What I have found is that once it's partially loaded and hanging, if I disable wifi on my phone then the page loads immediately, but with no ad at the top. This works when mobile data is also disabled, so it's not that it's switching to mobile data to load the page.

I don't have any problems when out and about using mobile data. I also have wifi at work and it seems to work fine there, so maybe it's something in our home wifi settings. It's a Samsung S4 mini running Android 4.4.2, and I am using the standard internet browser that came with the phone.

Any help would be appreciated!
